Graduate from University of Panthéon Assas (Paris II), Pascale NIOLOUX has been a member of the Paris Bar since 1997. Pascale joined MAZINGUE & ASSOCIES in 1998. Pascale has proven expertise and experience in intellectual property (copyright, trademark law, design law) and in the field of information and communication technologies. Pascale has extensive experience in counterfeit litigation.

By virtue of training as generalist, Pascale also practices in the domain of business law, on behalf of French and foreign companies, more particularly in commercial litigation, commercial lease litigation as well as competition law. Drawing on skills acquired over more than twenty years in labor law, Pascale also assists employees and employers in all aspects of individual labor relations and more particularly in labor court litigation.
